On Monday, April 29th, 2024, history was made at the prestigious Civic Centre in Victoria Island, Lagos, as The African Brand hosted the illustrious Africa Most Valuable Brands Award 2024 ceremony!

Dr. Dada Ajailkhile, Chairman of The African Brand, echoed the sentiment, highlighting the pivotal role of youth in brand growth and promotion, particularly in the realm of social media.

The pinnacle moment arrived with the presentation of awards, as NGDL was crowned the winner of AFRICA’S FAST GROWTH REAL ESTATE BRAND for the year 2024! Brig. Gen. Emico Eruwa (Rtd), our esteemed Group Managing Director, accepted the award on behalf of NGDL, surrounded by a dedicated team of professionals including ACP Tunde Sumonu (Rtd), Mrs. Dora Ogbu, Mr. Richard Okpor, and Mr. Olamide Hassan.
